Help – Student Area

Once you have logged in to the Trauma Resus Learning Portal, you will be presented with the Welcome screen.

There are two main buttons, partway does the screen, labelled Dashboard and Contact Us.

Below this, there is information about the training and related services provided by Trauma Resus, and contact information, including our office hours.

To the right of the screen, there is an area marked My Sessions. Clicking on this will take you into a private messaging area between you and your Group Leaders / Instructor(s).

This screen allows you to access all of the courses you are enrolled on, and also view any certificates you have been awarded.

Just below your name, there is a summary of your courses, showing how many you have completed, and how many certificates you have been awarded.

Below this is an area from which you may access your courses. If you click on the name of the course, you will be taken into its content if you have completed any prerequisites (e.g. Pre-Course E-Learning).

To the left of the name of each course is a small indicator. For any course you have completed, this will contain a tick, and you will also see a  certificate icon to the right of the course name.

If you click on the icon, the certificate for that course will open up in a new tab, from which you are able to save or print it.

Below your courses, there is a clickable list of all of your certificates.

You may Contact Us by clicking on the button on the Welcome screen, or by taking the Contact Us option from the Student Area menu.

You will be taken a contact form in either a popup or a new browser tab.

If you wish to contact Trauma Resus, you must include :-

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The reason for your enquiry (select from the pull-down list)
  • Further details of your enquiry
  • Your acceptance of our privacy policy.

Other information you may wish to include is optional :-

  • Your organisation
  • A telephone contact number.

When you have entered the above, please click the Submit button.

As a student, you are able to engage in a Private Session between yourself and your Group Leader(s) / Instructors(s). Private Sessions can be hugely valuable to students, offering an opportunity to ask questions directly, and obtain expert feedback.

Private Session details are not shared with anyone else, and a session may be initiated by either a student or a Group Leader / Instructor.
